Studio Don : Elemental practice at home with alex

I created STUDIO DON to make embodied movement accessible whenever you need it. It's a gentle online space where you can explore trauma-informed yoga practices inspired by the elements, helping you reconnect with your body through movement, breath and mindful awareness.
